Monverantrix does not share, sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior informed consent, except in the following cases expressly permitted by the LFPDPPP: (a) when required by competent authorities through a duly substantiated and motivated resolution; (b) when necessary for reasons of public safety or health; (c) when required for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the legal relationship between you and Monverantrix. In the event that transfers are necessary, you will be informed in advance and the corresponding consent will be requested.
6. ARCO Rights
Under Mexican legislation, you have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify inaccurate data, Cancel the processing of your data, and Oppose the processing for certain purposes (ARCO Rights). To exercise any of these rights, you may submit your request to contacto@monverantrix.com including: (a) your full name and contact details; (b) a clear and precise description of the data for which you wish to exercise any ARCO right; (c) a copy of an official identification document. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from receipt of the complete request.

We have implemented and maintain administrative, technical and physical security measures in accordance with the LFPDPPP to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing. Measures implemented include: data encryption in transit using TLS 1.3 protocol, restricted access control to databases through multi-factor authentication, periodic information security audits, semi-annual staff training on personal data protection, and incident response plans.
